What kind of Images can I use?
Graphics, Text, Photographs, illustrations, etc – virtually anything you can think of. Due to the nature of the work, some graphics will be more complex than others and therefore take more time to prepare in order to laser correctly. For this reason, photographs will generally require more to process.
What exactly can you engrave on?
Our primary business is in the stone industry. This means we specialize on granite, marble, ceramic, porcelains, and more! We can add that “custom” element to your job, or add a little artsy touch to your house or office.
But seriously, we can etch on virtually any surface. From acrylics, glass and plastic to metals and even cigars, cloth, and food items; laser etching sees very little limitations.
What types of applications are most common?
This is too broad of a question to answer specifically. From photographs on marble, intricate designs on porcelain, or the company logo on metal business cards, our c02 laser system is capable of it all.

How long do laser etchings last?
This question almost comes down to how long you expect the material to last. Vytek, the manufacturer of our laser system, states that laser inscriptions have an outside life of up to 1000 years.
Is laser etching affordable?
So you’re probably thinking that a service this futuristic is way out of your price range. You may be right, but more than likely you’ll be surprised. Our laser inscription services are scalable to lots of different jobs for one flat rate of $.50 a square inch*. This means your typical kitchen backsplash set might run you $15 a piece. Or less.
Can I have art laser inscribed?
Absolutely! All pieces beyond 50 years are generally free game. Not to mention, as a service, we can provide you laser etching for other art work as well.
Do I have to buy the material from you?
Absolutely not! However it is recommended. Our material is quarried from the highest quality sources, and our laser quality on these materials is guaranteed. Bringing in your own material, however, is more than welcome.
Do I need an appointment?
You could call us. But that’s absolutely not essential. Feel free to drop by our Colorado Springs location any time for drop offs or just to check things out and ask questions!
